Join us every week for worship and fellowship:

Monthly Events
The Grove Stone Baptist community has monthly fellowship meals, senior meals at local restaurants, and birthday parties to celebrate the birthdays of residents at the Marjorie McCune Community Center. We welcome you to join us!

Monthly Fellowship Meals
Monthly fellowship meals are held at the church at morning worship
- August 16 – speaker from NC Baptist on Mission
- September 13 – Homecoming celebrating 88 years
- October 28
- November 22 – Old Timers Day

Second Milers
Seniors and their family/friends visit a local restaurants to enjoy a meal and conversation.

Marjorie McClue Assisted Living Birthday Party
The first Thursday of every month at 12:30 p.m., Grove Stone Baptist members visit the center to provide cake and ice cream to the residents to celebrate birthdays.

Annual Events
Grove Stone Baptist Church Vacation Bible School
Grove Stone Baptist Church sponsors a VBS annually for the children in the valley to learn about Jesus. It is a high-energy week designed to equip the next generation with a foundation of faith while having a blast with friends. We invite all children in the Swannanoa Valley to join us for this special time of discovery and fellowship! Stay tuned for 2027 details.
